Job Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team and customers to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver impactful features on time.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to gather feedback and validate product decisions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of our pharma-facing as well as oncologist-facing user experience.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations during product development and release.

Qualification & Skills

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthtech space.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience liaising with engineering, designers, and customers to deliver product features that have a strong impact.
• Ability to create and communicate a product vision aligned with user needs and company strategy.
• Excellent skills in market analysis and user research.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Plus: Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical software, such as CE-IVDR or FDA regulations.
