Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and integrating systems to enhance efficiency. The Operations Manager collaborates with project and quality managers to implement structured processes aligned with regulatory standards. They will lead CRM, ERP, and related system implementations, driving operational excellence in a fast-growing startup. Key responsibilities include managing core processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving internal coordination to support scalability.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage CRM, ERP, and other related systems to optimize operations.
  • Work closely with project and quality managers to establish structured workflows and maintain compliance in regulated industries.
  • Oversee daily operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination and effective communication across teams.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain seamless operations.

Required Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CRM, ERP, and other related systems.
  • Proven ability to establish structured workflows and ensure compliance.
  • Strong multitasking skills, able to handle tight deadlines efficiently.

Qualification & Skills

  • Process optimization, system implementation, and workflow improvement.
  • Experience managing structured workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to track key operational metrics and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and deadline-driven.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in regulated industries (digital health, pharma, biotech, healthcare).
  • Exposure to high-growth startups and operational scaling.
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in other European languages.
