Job Key Responsibilities

• Project planning and management, facilitate internal communications.
• Create, track, and optimize organizational workflows and processes that drive efficiency and support scaling up.
• Lead and execute key operational functions. Initially, you'll drive these areas hands-on, while gradually transitioning into managing a team for:
• Procurement and vendor management
• Marketing and external communications
• Budgeting, taxes, and payroll
• Legal and compliance

Qualification & Skills

• Extensive prior experience in an operations role, preferably in a healthtech, biotech, or pharmaceutical company.
• Strong skills in project management and process optimization.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on team-building and personnel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• You are resourceful and do not like to reinvent the wheel.
• Nice-to-have: startup experience in series A or beyond.
